Our Approach and Methodology
In carrying out assignments for our clients, we focus on areas/factors that provide a framework for an understanding of the key issues relating to the key service delivery imperatives. This is done through consultations with our clients.
We also take account of the existence of forces within and outside the client organisation that influence the effective realisation of their key objectives. This includes an understanding of the key strategic objectives, policy imperatives, structures and systems, the complexity of the issues impacting on effectiveness, efficiency and economic use of resources.
We follow a wholly participatory approach in the execution of assignments. This entails that at defined intervals the Consultants will engage with the stakeholders to obtain as much input as possible and to enable stakeholders to inform and influence the outcomes of the assignment without deviating from the professional responsibility of the Consultants to deliver a quality service to the client.
